Most people like you may have one of the above symptoms and many of you may have a multitude of them. Mainstream medicine tends to categorise, label  and  standardise the treatment of these symptoms, however this way of working ultimately doesn't necessary look to overcome the underlying / root cause. 

 

These symptoms aren't illnesses or diseases (as labeled in mainstream medicine), they are individual symptoms brought about by an element of disorder in your body's system. When you consider the Psychoneuroimmunology PNI (the connection between the physical, psychological and immune system) you can begin to appreciate how they are entwined and trigger one another.

 

The root cause can be a multitude of things including:

When you consider that your body has a highly sophisticated way of functioning, it doesn't take much to knock it out of balance. When out of balance it doesn't take much to create further elements of disorder. Then multiply it by a lifetime and that brings you to where you are today.

 

Most of the above energies are invisible, you can't see, hear or smell them. They can affect you on a conscious or sub-conscious level. Most importantly scientific research doesn't take into account the combined affect of some of these external pollutants. 

 

Just as importantly, you need to consider that your body has a toxicity level that it can cope with.  Your toxicity and sensitivity levels are defined by what you are exposed to i.e. breathe, absorbs or ingests. The demands on you body's system to detoxify varies from person to person; how well a your body's systems are functioning; and the length of exposure. 

 

What you can be sure of is that if your body is functioning between 90-100% of its full potential then the process of detoxifying and the level of acceptable exposure is far higher than that of a person who is only running at 30-50% of their full potential.
